Pressure vessels
PREST PŘEROV, a. s. manufactures and supplies stationary pressure vessels for all types of working media and for the pressures and temperatures required by the customer. It also produces atypical vessels in all designs regarding volume, pressure, and temperature of the working substance. According to requirements, it also manufactures multi-chamber vessels. Pressure vessels are produced in horizontal and vertical designs. We supply these pressure vessels including static calculations, design documentation, and approval by a notified body according to legislative requirements, most often represented by the TÜV organization. A pressure vessel passport is issued for each product.
Use:
Carbon and stainless steel pressure tanks, air receivers, and heat exchangers are used in various areas of the processing, chemical, and petrochemical industries, in the energy sector, and in water management. The construction of pressure vessels forms a significant part of our production; they are manufactured based on customer requirements and specifications. Production is carried out according to ČSN, EN, and ASME standards.
Description:
Carbon and stainless steel pressure tanks are closed vertical or horizontal cylindrical vessels with a conical or dished bottom and lid, usually mounted on legs.
Equipment:
At the customer’s request, we can equip the tanks with the following accessories:
- technological nozzles in the shell, bottom, and lid
- nozzles for measuring and control equipment in the shell, bottom, and lid
- technological piping
float or tube level gauge - sanitary spray ball
- sanitary piping
- stirrers of various types according to the stored substance
- cooling or heating jacket on the shell and bottom
- cooling or heating channels on the shell and bottom
- insulation jacket made of various insulating materials
Shell and tube heat exchangers for general use
Description:
Based on customer requirements, our company produces shell and tube heat exchangers in many dimensions, capacities, and material designs.
We commonly manufacture:
- Heat exchangers with fixed tube sheets for heat exchange between liquid-liquid or liquid-steam media at lower temperature differences.
- Heat exchangers with U-tubes (heating register) for heat exchange between liquid-liquid or liquid-steam media at lower temperature differences.
Design:
Heat exchangers are vertical or horizontal pressure vessels. Heat exchange tubes are expanded or welded into the tube sheets. The shell and tube sheets are made of stainless or structural steel. Heat exchange tubes are stainless steel or copper.
We standardly manufacture tanks according to customer specifications.
