What documentation do you need to prepare a price quotation?
Ideally, drawing documentation, a datasheet, or an assembly drawing with specified dimensional (basic) parameters, if possible with the requested weight, 3D models, required quantity, material specification, required tolerances, and information about any surface treatments or assembly. The more precise the documentation we have, the more accurate and faster the quotation will be.
Can you manufacture according to supplied drawing documentation?
Yes. We execute orders based on the technical documentation provided by the customer. If necessary, we can also assist with manufacturing solution consulting and manufacturability verification.
How quickly can you prepare a price quotation for us?
The timeframe depends on the complexity of the order and the quality of the documentation provided. For simpler inquiries, processing is usually fast; for technologically demanding projects, we need more time for accurate pricing and manufacturing assessment.
What materials do you work with?
We work with materials of class 11, class 15, and class 17, as well as special stainless steel materials according to EN, AISI, and W.Nr., such as 1.4462, 1.4541, 1.4401, 1.4571, 1.4436, 1.4539, and others. Just ask us!
What technologies do you have available?
The range of technologies we have at our disposal is quite broad; customers most frequently ask about machining, welding, cutting, bending, assembly, and finishing operations. We always propose specific solutions based on project requirements.
How do you handle quality and manufacturing precision?
Quality and adherence to required tolerances are a key part of every order. Production takes place according to approved documentation and inspection procedures to ensure the resulting parts meet the customer’s technical requirements.
Do you also provide surface treatments or assembly?
Yes, depending on the type of order, we can also provide follow-up operations, such as surface treatments, assembly, or other finishing work. This allows the customer to obtain a complete solution from a single supplier.
What are the delivery lead times?
The delivery date is determined individually based on capacity, manufacturing complexity, material availability, and order volume. We always strive to set a realistic deadline and subsequently meet it.
