Rolling, Section Bending, Bending

We perform the rolling of cylinders and cones on XZCT 3000/10, AHK 20/10-13 00, and AHK 10/4-6 forming machines with three working rollers, manufactured by AKYAPAK. The thickness of the processed plates ranges from 1 mm to 30 mm, depending on the length and radius of the rolled plate. For cone production, the parameters are reduced depending on the height of the cone, the small diameter d1, and the steepness of the cone.

Examples of bending parameters are provided in the tables below.

Data is valid for standard steel with a yield strength of 240 N/mm2.

Section, pipe, and hollow section bending is performed on APK 180 and APK 61 machines manufactured by AKYAPAK. On these machines, we offer shaping and bending from small profiles such as L20, T30, and Tr.25 steel sections to large profiles such as UPN 300, IPN 300 steel sections, and 168.3 pipes.

The data provided in the tables for individual machines are valid for standard steel with a yield strength of 240 N/mm2 (consultation of technological possibilities according to actual parameters is required).
