PREST PŘEROV, a. s. manufactures tanks, bins and silos for bulk and liquid products in various volume ranges. These can be supplied in horizontal or vertical designs. Standard equipment includes, for example, aeration devices to prevent material bridging, filters to capture potential emissions during silo filling, continuous measurement of the stored product quantity, and more. Technological and inspection manholes, technological nozzles, filling pipes, external and internal ladders, and walkway platforms are also included as standard. Furthermore, equipment ensuring the mixing, filling, and discharge of stored material (agitators, screw conveyors, etc.) can be supplied. Tanks, bins and silos are manufactured from carbon and stainless steel materials, and according to individual customer requirements, their interior can be fitted with linings made of wear-resistant materials, plastic linings, or rubber coating (HARDOX, PP, PE, etc.). For the food industry, we primarily manufacture from stainless steels, in designs with toroidal conical transitions or with dished ends and lids. Other external surface treatments are carried out using epoxy or polyurethane coating systems, or by galvanizing.

Tanks, bins and silos are used for storing liquid solutions, bulk materials and mixtures, which are used especially in agriculture, construction, the chemical and petrochemical industries, food processing, energy, ecology and similar sectors. Storage hoppers and bins are supplied including complete equipment.
