PREST PŘEROV, a. s. manufactures a wide range of bolted and welded steel structures, from smaller weldments to large assemblies weighing several thousand kilograms. The production program includes steel structures for large industrial investment projects, such as load-bearing equipment structures, pipe bridges, and service platforms for machinery and equipment, as well as smaller weldments and parts of technological units. Products are delivered according to customer requirements and in the requested surface finish. Steel structures are divided into two groups based on their application: technological and structural.

In the production process of structural steel structures, welding is the decisive engineering technology. The welding of steel structures is an irreversible process that requires verification of weld execution directly during production, and it is necessary to strictly follow production principles and procedures with the possibility of inspection.

The company is certified to provide welding work in accordance with the EN ISO 3834-2:2022 standard: Execution of steel structures – design and production of steel structural parts, components, assemblies, and structures for execution class up to EXC 2 according to EN 1090-2 and EN 1090-1:2009+A1:2011, respectively. All processes are managed and controlled according to EN ISO 9001:2016.
