Technological tanks
Process tanks are vessels used for pickling, phosphating, liming, anodizing, or other surface treatments of metal surfaces by immersion or spraying. PREST PŘEROV, a. s. manufactures these in various volume ranges.
Depending on customer requirements and the technology or surface treatment process used, the tanks can be equipped with a mixing system, aeration system, heating or cooling coils, and vibration or ultrasonic accessories to accelerate and unify the chemical reaction.
Optional equipment includes a sealable lid with a pneumatic or hydraulic drive.
The units include process nozzles, filling pipes, external and internal ladders, and walkways. Process tanks are manufactured from carbon and stainless steel. A special category consists of steel tanks with linings, where heating is possible through the wall of a double-jacketed tank (linings made of materials such as PP, PE, etc.). The external surface treatment is performed using epoxy or polyurethane coating systems, or other surface treatments depending on the operating environment and customer requirements.
In cooperation with its affiliate ZOMAplast, PREST PŘEROV supplies both complete lines and individual components, particularly wet-process parts.
PREST PŘEROV, a. s. provides:

- Structural calculations
- Production and delivery of silos, hoppers, and bins
- Transport
- Assembly and commissioning
Materials used:
- Standard structural steel
- Stainless steel
- Combinations (e.g., class 11 structural steel, class 17 stainless steel tank)
- With plastic linings
- Plastic materials in cooperation with the parent company ZOMAplast
Optional equipment:
- Filling pipes with throttle valves and bayonet couplings
- Process and inspection manways
- Aeration equipment
- Mixing equipment
- Vibration equipment

- Measuring probes
- Railings, ladders, transition and service platforms
Surface treatment:
- Painting
- Insulation
- Cladding
Surface treatments for metal semi-finished and finished products involve a set of manually or automatically operated equipment in pickling or galvanizing lines. The core components are pickling tanks, where chemical cleaning in acids takes place, followed by baths where the surface treatment occurs.
